S.T. Dupont is committed to your absolute satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized or engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and protective outer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our workshop, our experts will inspect the item's condition before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
